Check the cable guides with regard to attachment, function and location.

Pinions and Rack
Check the wear of pinions and rack according to instructions.

Lubricating Intervals
Lubricate in accordance with instructions in the Lubricating Instructions.

Check wear and possible ball bearing play of hoist cacge guide rollers.

Make a drop test in accordance with instructions under "Drop Test"

Electric Motor
Clean, if necessary, the electric motor.

Coupling
Check possible play in the coupling between electic motor and gear.

Gate Interlocking Device
Check its function.

Corrosion damage and wear
Inspect the whole hoist for corrosion and wear of carrying and load carryng parts.

Load Meter Calibration
Inspect accuracy of load meter.
